From July 2006 to June 2007, AKPK’s counseling and financial management processes were handled manually through a set of well defined standard operating procedures. During this period, AKPK was scouting for a BPM engine that was suitable for its use as the AKPK management team knew automation was key to optimizing the process by enabling rapid enrollment processing and delivering more efficient services to an increasing number of applicants.
