Metastorm partner based in the UK, has appointed ICCM U.S. LLC., to lead its offering of e-
Service Desk, a helpdesk management solution built by ICCM using Metastorm BPM® as its
foundation, in the United States. John M. Clark, President of ICCM U.S. LLC., will be responsible
for the overall direction of this expansion.
