Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 Program

Metastorm was named one of Maryland's fastest growing technology companies in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 program, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the area by Deloitte & Touche, one of the nation’s leading professional services firms. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1999 - 2003.


BPM Today's Top 5 BPM Awards

Metastorm was recognized in Top 5 Business Process Management software awards by BPM Today. These awards are bestowed in recognition of key product capabilities that stand out in the BPM space and are based on an extensive, independent analysis conducted by BPM Today.

KMWorld 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management 2004

KMWorld Magazine has chosen Metastorm as one of this year’s "100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management." Designed to generate interest in and discussion about knowledge management tools and services, the list identifies organizations leading the way in the knowledge economy.


Global Excellence Award

Metastorm's customer CIT Group, Inc, has been recognized as a finalist in the 2004 Global Excellence Awards jointly sponsored by the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) and the Workflow and Reengineering International Association (WARIA). CIT was recognized for its use of Metastorm e-Work to enable the automation of its core processes for asset tracking, asset recovery, and customer service – an enterprise BPM initiative that has resulted in significant increases in efficiency across its operations.

In Brief Magazine's 2003 Lotties In Brief Magazine's 2003 Loties

We are delighted to report that one of our key customers - Shoosmiths (www.shoosmiths.co.uk) - won the award for 'Best Workflow or Case Management Project' at the Loties Award Ceremony last night. Shoosmiths were nominated by ResSoft (one of our partners in the legal sector) for their use of e-Work to create a unique interactive debt recovery product for their clients.

The Loties are a well-respected set of awards organised by In Brief Magazine in the UK which focusses on the legal sector. The awards have been developed to provide law firms and legal providers with recognition for the time, money and resources they invest in legal technology and online services.


2003 Information Management Awards 2003 Information Management Awards

Metastorm is delighted to announce that Shoosmiths, an e-Work user, have been shortlisted in the 2003 Information Management Awards in the Business to Business Category for their InterActive Debt Recovery System. This is a significant achievement which sees Shoosmiths competing against the likes of National Rail Enquiries and O2 (UK) for the winning spot. The Information Management Awards are the premier industry recognition of excellence and innovation in the management of business information and knowledge in an e-business environment, the awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 4th December at The Grosvenor Hotel, London.

Metastorm has been honored in Start Magazine's 6th Annual Technology & Business Awards. Metastorm received one of five Technology & Business Vision awards that according to Start, “are presented to technology companies that demonstrate ways they achieved their goals or overcame a challenge through the use of technology.”


Start Magazine Metastorm Was Named in "The Hottest Companies of 2003" by Start Magazine

Metastorm has been selected as a company to "Keep an Eye On" in Start Magazine's 6th Annual Hottest Companies of the Year Awards. According to the article titled "Today's Hottest: The Hottest Companies of 2003" in the July 2003 issue of Start Magazine, this year's Hottest Companies have one very vital factor in common: they are all providing innovative and influential technology for manufacturers, and they're doing it more successfully than their competitors. Metastorm was the only BPM software provider selected for this award.


Global Excellence Award

Metastorm's customer Tetra placed as a finalist in the 2003 competition for innovation and excellence in workflow sponsored by the Workflow Management Coalition, Giga Information Group and the Workflow And Reengineering International Association. Tetra was recognized for how it used Metastorm's technology to achieve a new level of efficiency in its product development and change management processes, which reduced time spent on product change procedures at the manufacturer by up to 80 percent. Metastorm was the only pure-play BPM offering to reach this stage of the competition.


 

Marvin L. Manheim Award

Metastorm's Chief Technology Officer Steve Brown was named a finalist in this 2003 competition as a distinguished contributor to the field of workflow. Sponsored by the Workflow Management Coalition, the award cited Brown for pioneering the idea of process users having process control.

2002
Computerworld Innovataive Technology Awards, 2002

Metastorm received honorable mention in the application development category in these prestigious awards. Cited as customer successes were the law firm McKenna Long & Aldridge, and the City of Bakersfield.


Global Excellence Award

The 12th annual awards, which recognize the following customers for implementing innovative solutions to meet strategic business objectives, were bestowed at the AIIM 2002 conference:

- MSB International. Using e-Work the global provider of human capital solutions automated its Contractors Out Form (COF) process, saving staff 4,000 hours per year on basic administration, and representing a savings in excess of £100,000 each year.

- McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP. e-Work helps 350 staff at this law firm manage new client account processes up to 50 percent faster than the previous method. This enables the attorneys to bill at least one extra week of time per year.

2001

 

The British Computer Society IT Award

In late 2001 The Society recognized Metastorm and its partner Novell for helping Bracknell Forest Borough Council deliver interactive, online services to Bracknell’s 110,000 citizens around the clock. This puts the municipality at the forefront of the UK’s Modernizing Government initiative, which requires that local authorities bring all their constituents online by 2005.


Deloitte & Touche Fast 500

Metastorm ranked 103 on the 2001 Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, a national competition of the fastest-growing technology companies in the U.S. Metastorm’s CEO attributes the position to ongoing technical development and a customer-focused business strategy. In a similar Deloitte & Touche competition, Metastorm was ranked the 3rd fastest growing company in Maryland.
