The Metastorm DNA Membership levels
The Metastorm DNA Partner Program is comprised of three membership levels: Affiliate, Select and Gold, each tailored to deliver benefits in support of each partner relationship and tiered in recognition of our partners' investments and commitments to our mutual success. As you invest in developing and integrating your solutions with Metastorm Enterprise building skills and expertise and increasing our mutual revenue, you are eligible to receive an enhanced level of benefits and support from Metastorm.
To join the Metastorm DNA Partner Program, partners must commit to certain criteria and meet specific requirements as laid out in the table below. This applies equally to moving through the different membership levels. Metastorm is committed to supporting our partners through the many benefits provided and grow through these relationship levels.
Those partners seeking increased revenue and margin from selling Metastorm software licenses join our Affiliate program. Partners that achieve higher levels of software sales and skills are then eligible for Select status and entitled to additional benefits. Organizations looking to play a key role in influencing the sale of Metastorm solutions into target accounts in order to invest in long-term customer relationships and invest in Metastorm skills and competencies become Gold Partners.
The Metastorm DNA Partner Engagement Model
The Metastorm DNA Partner Program recognizes the importance of effective and proactive management of alliances. To ensure and maximize opportunity for success, Metastorm has developed a structured program and supporting processes that cover all aspects of the alliance lifecycle, from initial selection and qualification through to tracking and reporting performance.

The Metastorm DNA Partner Engagement Model covers five key stages:
Partner Selection & Qualification - a mutual assessment of capability to ensure that the vision and values of potential partners are aligned and there is sufficient opportunity for all parties to make an alliance successful and profitable
Relationship Structure - this covers business terms and plan. This will also cover identification and definition of appropriate markets and target accounts within those markets. Metastorm will assign, depending upon partner level, dedicated resources for relationship and technical account management to ensure open channels of communication exist.
Mobilization & Alliance Resourcing - key to success is ensuring that the correct resources are engaged from technical and sales training, building clear results orientated “go to market” plans in the field, and ensuring that the right relationships exist at all levels of the partnership.
Execution - having put all the building blocks in place, putting a structured approach around execution is of vital importance and covers client engagement and management of deals and pipeline.
Reporting & Tracking - depending upon the partner level, regular meetings will be held to track and report progress against plan and ensure that actions are progressed.
