Metastorm offers Process Pods for industry-specific use, such as claims processing; or technology-specific use, such as document management integration. Process Pods include a set of pre-built process templates, end user forms, maps, rules, and other process components – all centered around a key process area. Customers can deploy these Pods “as is” or customize them to meet their unique requirements. Process Pods are designed to help customers shorten the path to ROI.
The breadth of Metastorm Process Pods is enhanced by Metastorm’s extensive community of partners. While Metastorm provides a set of its most frequently requested industry- and technology-focused Pods, a true value-add to customers is the extensive catalog of Process Pods created and delivered by the Metastorm partner network. These Process Pods address both application- and technology-focused solutions based on the partner’s proven expertise in a specific area.
